BR-II™ roof system is manufactured out of high strength steel grade with minimum tensile strength of G550 (550 MPa). the steel base is coated with aluminium-zinc alloy with minimum AZ150 coat (150 g/m2 minimum coating mass) and available as ZInCALuMe® steel as per AS 1397 Australian Standard. ZInCALuMe® steel last 2 to 4 times longer than galvanized steel in similar environment condition. Colour coated ZInCALuMe® steel known as CoLoRBond® steel conforms to AS/nZS 2728 type 3-4 and has specifically formulated paint system for external roofing and wall cladding application to give aesthetical appearance and long lasting colour for much longer time than any other conventional paint system. the paint system is designed to resist chalking and fading.
