1. COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel
Strong high tensile coated steel to Last Longer

BR-II™ roof system is manufactured out of high strength steel grade with minimum tensile strength of G550 (550 MPa).

the steel base is coated with aluminium-zinc alloy with minimum AZ150 coat (150 g/m2 minimum coating mass) and available as ZInCALuMe® steel as per AS 1397 Australian Standard. ZInCALuMe® steel last 2 to 4 times longer than galvanized steel in similar environment condition.

Colour coated ZInCALuMe® steel known as CoLoRBond® steel conforms to AS/nZS 2728 type 3-4 and has specifically formulated paint system for external roofing and wall cladding application to give aesthetical appearance and long lasting colour for much longer time than any other conventional paint system. the paint system is designed to resist chalking and fading.

the depth of panel’s corrugation combined with the strength of base steel grade is a critical factor in roof strength, durability and ability to perform over long term. BR-II™ 900 roof panel offers the deepest and wide corrugation in high tensile steel base of minimum 550 MPa yield strength provide additional strength in comparison to any other industrial profile for both wind uplift and roof traffic.




3.Return Leg

connections. Roof panels without return
leg often separate under fastener installation or roof traffic pressure. 


4.Sealant Groove
Assures weathertightnessto provide long-term weathertightness, quality neutral cure type
sealant may be used when required. to ensure the proper
sealant placement, all BR-II™ 900 roof
panels are engineered and produced
with a sealant groove, assuring accurate
and precise placement of sealant material.
other systems leave sealant placement to the judgment of
the installation crew or leave it out completly. An installed BRII
™ 900 roof uses only top quality neutral cure sealant to keep
your roof system weathertight for years.


5.Slotted Holes (optional)
Allow expansion & contraction

daily temperature changes are a roof system’s number one
enemy. As outside temperatures change, the roof must be able
to accommodate the forces of thermal expansion and

contraction.the BR-II™ 900 roof system offers factory-punched
slotted holes in roof panels to accommodate these forces.
Factory punching helps avoid the tearing and loosening of roof
panels common to other systems, which ultimately result in
holes and leaks.

6.Factory Punching(optional)
Creates perfect alignment

Proper alignment of roof panels is crucial for the roof
performance. Improper alignment affects weather tightness and
creates problems while installing closures, roof accessories and
trim. All roof panels and structural member of BR-II™ 900 roof
system can be factory punched to assure perfect alignment.

7.Stronger Fasteners (optional)

All the fasteners for BR-II™ 900
roof conforms to AS 3566 Class
3 Australian Standard for
exposed roofing application. the
fasteners last longer for external
applications than any
conventional screw.
